ONE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB can offer hope to an entire neighborhood. ONE GIFT from you can open the door to a brighter tomorrow for more of our children. For years, Boys & Girls Clubs of America has looked at different ways to harness the power of our entire movement to create greater awareness of local Clubs and enable them to raise more operating dollars at the same time. In stead of attempting to find a uniform program, BGCA has created a uniform strategy for annual campaigns. Our 5th Annual "Shoot the Rock Around the Clock" fundraiser will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2013. This fundraiser is a twelve hour game of basketball beginning at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 8:00 p.m. The event will consist of 24 teams playing for one of the twelve hours throughout the day. This is a non-competitive event, open to all skill levels. Funds will be raised by individuals and businesses sponsoring points scored and three pointers made. There is a team entry fee of $10 per player, five sponsorship levels and a silent auction, to help raise funds for our Jr. NBA Program.
